Excited to share this post because it’s one of the first’s on Inspirafashion. I think something that has been a very important part of my life has been to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle. For this post, I teamed up with Suja Juice to show you a review of their newest line of juices, Suja Essentials. What I love about this new line of juices is they currently have a campaign called “Suja Trade Up” which encourages people to convert to organic, non-GMO and cold-pressured juice. When I read about this I was already in agreement with what the campaign stood for, and more so, I love how their juices have all of that combined.
I decided to try out a 1 Day Cleanse with their newest line of juices. I haven’t done a juice cleanse before, but Suja made it easy for a new timer because they included a quick easy guide in the box the juices came in. It advised at least 3 days prior to the cleanse, you should eat more veggies and fruit, and ease off of dairy, coffee, alcohol, meats, etc. I completed that and it made the transition easier. I decided to create my own unique cleanse by choosing which juices to drink throughout the day. Below is what I came up with:
Breakfast: Mighty Greens
Early Morning snack: Berry Nana
Lunch: Green Delight
Mid-afternoon snack: Mango Magic
Dinner: Sweet Beets
Dessert: Berry Goodness
I made sure the cleanse involved, every 2 hours I would drink the appropriate bottle of juice. Out of all the juices, my favorite would have to be the “Green Delight” — I really love green juices, and this one had a sweeter taste to it possibly due to incorporating more fruit. I decided to drink the green juices as breakfast and lunch because to me, it filled me up more. What I had thought was hunger pangs would be an issue, or I’d get a serious case of “hangry,” but surprisingly I didn’t because the juices really did fill me up. Following the cleanse I felt definitely more rejuvenated. I’d recommend this cleanse mainly because it was such an easy transition as well as the ingredients used in this cleanse were organic, and better yet gluten free, dairy free, and nut free (in case for those that are allergic to these this is a great juice to try).
