So excited to share this post in collaboration with Sun Basket — rarely do I get to share my “foodie” side with you guys, and I have to confess I am a health-nut. When I found out about Sun Basket, I was so intrigued by the concept of choosing a recipe and having the ingredients shipped straight to your door, along with super easy (and cute!) instructional cards. Sun Basket is a weekly delivery service of pre-measured ingredients along with 3 recipes. Better yet, they have vegetarian, paleo-friendly and gluten-free options.
When my Sun Basket arrived, the box came with all the ingredients inside carefully packaged and enveloped in ice packs. I love how too they had an option to recycle the ice packs/box by including a prepaid return label to ship back to them for re-use. All the ingredients were labeled, and all different recipes were placed in separate paper bags, easily accessible and identifiable.
Whoever came up with the typography = A+ and so cute. ;)

My first recipe I made was something I loved and turned out to be very refreshing — the Pineapple & Collard Greens Smoothie. It was super easy to make and to put all the ingredients together. The end result was a delicious and most importantly completely healthy smoothie; even better it had 2 servings, so was able to share with my boyfriend (he was pleased) ;).
